If you have been coming to Rocky Branch Resort for many years, or this is your first time stay, we hope you enjoy our updated rooms, cottages and cabins! We've also updated our policies and procedures so please read the information below before you book and reach out with any questions.
POLICIES
DEPOSITS: All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. A deposit will be charged equal to one night's stay. You'll automatically be charged the remaining balance the day of your arrival. If your payment method is declined your access code to your accommodaton will be revoked.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in: 3pm or any time after. Check-out: 11am. You will receive an email 2 days prior to your arrival with check-in instuctions. NOTE: We are not a large hotel chain and have limited housekeeping, therefore, please be aware that early arrivals/late departures are discouraged; however, if you would like an Early Check-in or Late Check-out ($25/hr fee) call (479) 925-1688 and we will try our best to accommodate you.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or you will incur a charge equal to one night's stay. Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
CONDITIONS: During your stay with us, please take good care of your accommodation and all of its fixtures, fittings, and contents. In the event of any contents being lost, or damage to fixtures and fittings during your stay, through any act of omission by yourself or any of your visitors, costs for repairing such damage or extra cleaning beyond normal will be charged to your credit card.

SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside any of the rooms, cottages, or cabins. If you would like to smoke, you may do so outside, provided it's not disturbing other guests. Ashtrays are provided under the sink.
ROOM CLEANING: There is no daily cleaning service, but we've left extra towels and trash bags for your convenience. If you are in need of additional linens, please contact us. To avoid a $15 surcharge, please wash your dishes before departure. Trash can be disposed of in the outdoor trash cans outside your accommodation. If your accommodation requires extra cleaning beyond normal conditions, a $25-$50 cleaning fee will be charged.
PETS: We do NOT allow pets of any kind (including service & therapy animals) on the Rocky Branch Resort property. This includes the lodge rooms, cottages, cabins, RV Pad, pool, clubhouse, and pavillion. This policy also applies to any guests that may visit you on the property.
SWIMMING POOL: As a guest of the property, you may use the pool at the Rocky Branch Resort. The pool is open daily 10am to 9pm seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty and anyone under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For everyone’s safety, there is no running, diving or horseplay of any kind allowed. Please do not bring glass items in the fenced in areas.

QUIET TIME COURTESY: Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. You are welcome to use the Barn behind the pool for gatherings any time of the day/night.
